“I am passionate about teaching and always ensure my classroom has a safe and nurturing learning environment. I believe in enabling meta-cognitive development through challenge and encouragement as well as tailoring my teaching approach to each individual child. This is achieved through high quality questioning and positive reinforcements. A quote that has always stood out to me and impacted my learning environment is: ‘If a child can’t learn the way we teach, we should teach the way they learn.’- Ignacio Estrada. I believe it is vital for children o feel they can access the learning, feel challenge and also have fun in order to develop holistically.”
