Clare Balding, the legendary broadcaster and author visited Bassett House School to talk about her new book Fall Off, Get Back On, Keep Going and officially open the refurbished Bassett Bear House.
Balding held an assembly with Bassett House pupils and discussed powerful topics from her latest novel, which match the three core BHS values of courage, commitment, compassion. Pupils were able to ask questions and were then treated to a book signing session.
Clare then hotfooted it across the road to cut the ribbon on the beautifully refurbished Bassett Bear House, the school’s building for pupils in the Early Years.
